We try our best to foresee any maintenance issues in advance through our community reviews, but occasionally repairs are needed in your home or office space. We understand that repairs can be frustrating, but we will attend to any needs presented with tireless courtesy, professionalism, and support. Our maintenance team is determined to meet your repair requirements with unrivalled competence while keeping you informed every step of the way. Remember: your satisfaction is our success.
If you need a repair, please contact your rental office directly or complete the following form to the best of your ability; we will respond as quickly as we can. If there is an emergency, please call the emergency contact number given to you upon the start of your lease and we will solve the problem immediately.
If your property or community association is based out of our State College Office, please call our manager at 814.308.9602 Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, or our after-hours service at 800.840.9541 immediately if your repair issue is urgent.
